- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Education (orientation) Master degree in engineering, or economics, or relevant professional experience Languages Fluent in French and English (documents are written in English). Knowledge of Flemish. Banking techniques Good to deep understanding in the domains of Private banking processes IT tools Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, HPQC is a plus

Other required knowledge & experience
Analysis minded Is Rigorous and organized Is flexible and stress-resistant
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information
Able to manage different topics at the same moment Is capable to work in a multi-cultural environment
Experience (number of years) 5 years in a similar position, preferably in Belgium

Contenu de la mission
- KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
- In its domain of expertise:

1. Provide change management methodology
2. Contribute to the change management approach (communication, training, post go-live support)
3. Internal communication:
o Ensure a regular intern and positive communication ( Insight, Newsletter, etc.)
o Adopt a real change role: meet with Program Team member and Key users, ask feed-back, propagate case for change, future vision, etc.
4. External communication:
o Ensure the communication towards client of the bank and others third party required
5. Training:
o Analyse (Change Readiness, Communication & Training needs, )
o Organize & Coordinate the End users' training session (in coordination with trainers)
o Ensure the capability of the End-users to be ready to work on the new platform
6. Organize a smooth go-live (helpdesk Bank & Client, etc.)
