Change Manager (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
The Negative Interest Rate programme consists in preparing the organisation to deal with the negative market interests.
This has an impact on many parts of the organisation. The mission consists of guiding, making and aligning all change and communication for the Programme.
The NIR programme will define the strategy (intermediate and target).
At the end of the NIR programme, processes and systems will be in line with BNPP F strategy on market rates (also if negative).
The programme works with teams from IT engineering, marketing and front office to do the necessary changes for the Negative Interests.
The selected candidate has a track record as change management expert.
He has developed communication plans, trainings, given training and is able to coach & train less experienced people in these roles.

Function Description
Act as change management the following activities are required
a. improve and execute the overall communication & change management plan
b. develop deliverables of project communication
c. review & improve projects deliverables around change management 'e.g. FAQ's, newsletters, presentations for communication'

Experience
- Experience as a coordinator (plan, lead, follow-up, report progress to senior management)
- Experience in copywriting
- Experience in people transformation (communication, training, coaching, reinforcement)
- Experience in architecting people transformation
- Experience in people capability assessment

Technical Experience Mandatory
- ADKAR
- MS Project
- PowerPoint

Business Experience Mandatory
- Participation in People/organization transformation projects as subject matter expert
- Communication/Training design and execution (production of deliverables)
- Copywriting skills
