- ACT LOCATION
- 12 MONTH CONTRACT WITH POSSIBILITY OF 6 MONTH EXTENSION
- AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS
WORK REQUIRED:
- Manage the forward Change and Release plan.
- Identify and report issues relating to Change activities.
- Co-ordination of changes to project artefacts that are under configuration control
- Consolidation of Lessons Learnt' as part of continuous improvement process
- Liaison with project managers on regular basis
- Reporting to management on the effectiveness of, and compliance with, the Change and Configuration process.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Experience in change and release processes;
- Knowledge and experience in working in an ITIL environment;
- Ability to engage and work collaboratively with technical and business leads with the ability to challenge without alienating;
- Proven experience in negotiating outcomes.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A CURRENT BASELINE SECURITY CLEARANCE.
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION, candidates must have an active security clearance, or be eligible to obtain one; therefore candidates will need to be AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS.
