CHANGE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Are you a highly qualified Change Management Officer with over 5 years experience within a multinational and multicultural environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity within an NGO ? If so, please have a look at the following details:

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Change Officer to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Change Planning
- Change Coordination
- Interdependancies (Manage interdependancies with other projects and initiatives)
- Lessons learned
- Operational delivery
- Pilots
- Stakeholder management and communications
- Deliverables

TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RESULTS, IT'S ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE:

- Advanced university degree in public or business administration, finance or other relevant field, or equivalent professional training or work experience; and
- Qualification in project management or equivalent, or significant work experience in a project management/change management capacity
- Experience with project management methodology;
- Experience implementing organizational change using change management techniques; and
- Experience coordinating work between cross-divisional teams or groups of stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of French
