Change Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced change manager in Amstelveen. Our client is a big player with complete solutions for the control of print infrastructure and processes. They provide an online Cloud portal for their business consumers.

The Change Manager will create an IT roadmap to manage a Technical Transformation - focussing on the migration of datacentres. You will play a major part in providing assurance that technical transformation is being delivered without destabilising and impacting core service delivery. Bearing in mind all other aspects that are involved and affected by migrating the decentralized data to one location. Aiming to minimize the impact and making sure all data is safeguarded.

Having a great focus on (culture) employee impact as well. An important question is: what will the change mean for current employees responsible in the different data centres?

- Managing Configuration and Change functions in a complex environment
- Solid understanding of the ITIL Change and Configuration management processes and procedures
- Developing and implementing configuration and change management policies, standards and procedures
- Advising on options and approaches during approval discussions
