Change Manager

As Engineer you monitor SAAS applications on availability and correct functioning and take proactive and reactive actions to assure continuity and compliance. Development and technical and application support is mainly outsourced to external vendors. In Changes the Engineer has important role in monitoring the deliverables according to the Definition of Done.

In your day to day work you have frequent contacts with the internal Customer (HR Netherlands) and the external vendors as part of supplier management.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT:

As an Engineer SAAS you are part of the HR SAAS team which consists of a Service manager and Engineers within department HR NL of HR&GSA (Human Resources & Global Shared Applications).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

At least Bachelor level

3 -5 years of experience in a service-oriented role and experience with DevOps teams.

Broad knowledge of Agile/scrum and Continuous delivery. Knowledge of and experience with outsourcing (SAAS), ITIL, Risk, Infrastructure and the OIB domain.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Dutch), combined with interpersonal skills.
