Change manager
Change manager required for a 6 month contract to start ASAP
Candidate must be bilingual (German and English speaking)
The Change Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Change Management:
*Local Stakeholder engagement
*Mobilize key users
*Facilitate Business WS to explain solution in detail
*Detailed impact assessment and management
*Local communication plan
*Conduct user readiness checks
*Reinforcement plan
*Conduct lessons learned
Training:
*Develop local learning approach and plan
*Brief key users involved in training
*Check translation of Learning Materials
*Develop training schedule
*Coordinate local training delivery
*Measure and evaluate training
Relevant experience includes:
-Minimum of five years' work experience on IT projects and in complex environments
-Proven track in change management expertise such as change management practices/tools, stakeholder management, training strategy, communication, organizational impact analysis
-Strong Facilitation Skills
-International experience of at least 5 years, intercultural competence
-Understanding of SAP environment and experience in SAP deployments
-Good knowledge of Project Management best practices
-Ability to deal with broad audience from executives to project management and business users
-Ability to operate in a global, Matrix environment
-High customer service orientation
-High communication and presentation skills
