Change Manager

Are you an experienced Change Manager with a background in Oil & Gas? Afiniti is an award-winning business change consultancy with immediate opportunities for contract Change Managers to join us in delivering and embedding successful change for our clients in the Aberdeen area.

As Change Manager you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' change initiatives deliver value and intended benefits, on time and to budget. You will typically be responsible for creating change blueprints and strategies and for delivering change management tools and activities that will assess change impacts and benefits, minimise resistance and create engagement with the programme throughout a client's business.

We're looking for people with:

- A strong track record in change management consultancy and proven ability to deliver significant value from activities which revolve around delivering change to people.
- Demonstrable experience in technology or IT-enabled business change in the Oilwith an accreditation/certification (eg Prosci, ADKAR, CMI) desirable.
