Projektbeschreibung
Specified Personnel's performance will be monitored and assessed during the term of the contract against the following:
- Active participation in project meetings;
- Timely production of requested/required material;
- Attendance at weekly change meetings, production of required/requested reports;
- Satisfactory attendance/timekeeping;
- Observance of section/programme/project governance arrangements, use of approved templates;
- Adherence to departmental document management guidelines
MANDATORY/ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum 3 years change management experience which incorporates:
- Development of organisational change programmes/strategies;
- Production of change related documentation;
- Regular reporting on change to stakeholders, executives etc;
- Adherence to recognised change management methodologies/practices/standards;
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
- Tertiary qualifications in change, media or public relations related area;
- Membership of a change related professional body;
- Previous organisational change management related experience in Government either at a state or federal level;
OR
Previous change management related experience in a large corporate organisation.
The proposed contract period is till the 30th June 2015 with further 12 months extension possibilities.
This role is open only to Australian Citizens and a Security Clearance of Baseline would be an advantage.
