Change Manager

For one of our client which is a famous humanitarian organization, we are looking for a:

CHANGE MANAGER CONSULTANT

Location: Geneva

Duration: 3 months - could be extended

Start: ASAP

Language: Fluent in French and in English

Mission

- You would identify and understand the new IT System of the client
- You would manage this change
- You will ensure the good understanding and application of this change of the final users' through training and tracking users

Your profile

- Expertise in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Experience with CRM, Office 365, and ERP systems a plus
- Experience with change management in cross-functional projects and multicultural environment

- Experience in training
- Be business oriented
- Proven ability to liaise and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English
- Swiss or valid work permit
