We are urgently seeking an experienced Change Manager to work on a large project taking place that is focussed on this customer's ERP system which is Oracle based. They are going to be changing some modules in this ERP. As the Change Manager you will be there to assess and implement the organisational change that will come as a result of these technology changes.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

- 4-5 Years Change Management experience
- Previous Business Analyst Experience preferred
- Oracle Procure to pay experience
- Oracle process change experience is highly regarded
- Must have Financial Domain Experience
- Must have ERP project experience
- Impeccable stakeholder engagement skills at all levels across an organisation
