Change Manager

A high profile FMCG organisation urgently seeks an Interim Change Manager to support a Global MDM Transformation Programme and engage all stakeholders to ensure readiness for change.

You will be instrumental in supporting line managers through this complex change journey by embedding effective change, communications and training plans to support both adoption and benefits realisation. From assisting the deployment of a global end-to-end MDM solution, you will be instrumental in establishing a centralised coding tool to streamline and harmonise product life cycle systems that form the foundational backbone of this high profile FMCG organisation.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of developing and embedding global change plans in major blue chip organisations (ideally FMCG)
- Strong focus on communications and engagement strategies
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, training and team building skills
- Experience of supporting SAP and MDM change programmes
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
