Change Manager
If you are considering the challenge of a new role in a rapidly growing global company, our Service Quality Management Centre is seeking a Change Manager to deliver excellent services to our customers together with our Managed Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a great team and to develop and grow together with our company.
Working as a Change Manager, you will be a member of the Quality Management Team which has the overall responsibility to ensure highest possible network quality for the end users.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Manage changes to the network with minimum disruptions
Evaluate the risk and impact of Change Requests (CRs)
Follow up CRs ordered by the Customer and ensure that they are implemented according to SLA
Track and control the CRs in our ticketing system
Interface with relevant teams such as RAN, Core, Transmission etc.
Establish and follow efficient procedures for controlling the CRs
Participate as Member of Change Control Board
An ideal Change Manager will hold the following skills:
Excellent knowledge in mobile (2G,3G,4G) and/or fixed Telecom
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and social skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and good knowledge in Swedish
Familiar with BMC Remedy
A thorough, organized and methodical approach to work
Experience in project management
More than 5 years of working experience in Telecom
Degree in Telecommunications or similar
