Our client wishes to engage the services of a Change Manager for a Data Centre Relocation Project. The Change Manager is expected to bring strong knowledge of change management best practice to help build process, tools and templates. The Change Manager must be able to work at a high level within the business often working with senior stakeholders and presenting to project steering committees. This is a hands on role and would therefore suit a candidate that enjoys getting into the detail, managing stakeholders and identifying and implementing change.

PRIMARY DUTIES

- Provide detailed 3rd level advice and support on Change Management processes and procedures;
- Attend the Change Advisory Board as the representative of the project
- Manage the delivery of all aspects of organisational change including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support and business readiness to embed the required business change;
- Develop and negotiate approval of change strategies and supporting plans (ie stakeholder engagement, communication, training etc) to ensure an appropriately structured approach and practice is in place and stakeholders are fully consulted and involved in the change
- Lead the development and delivery of impact and readiness assessments to ensure the organisation s readiness is assessed, risks are identified and managed to minimise negative business impacts
- Plan change-related activities

SKILLS REQUIRED

- End to end Change Management experience.
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Manage stakeholders
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Knowledge and experience with changes at a business user level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
