Change Manager

- 3 YEARS FIXED TERM CONTRACT (FULLTIME)
- CBD BASED
- OVERSEE THE DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES AND PROCEDURES

Reporting and working closely with the Project Manager, the Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the impact of the project is managed with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to support and guide them through the required steps to implement system related change. The Change Manager will help to articulate the way in which changes will affect the end users on a day to day basis and support the delivery of projects and its vision to other member organisation.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

- Proven track record in project change management
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with writing product documentation
- Demonstrated experience in managing, negotiating and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in developing and delivering training workshops - delivering training through eLearning and face-to-face training
- A broad and solid understanding of change management methodologies and systems

NICE TO HAVE

- Exposure to Change Management frameworks such as PROSCI
- Experience acting as a User Interface evangelist
- Good working knowledge of project management methodologies
