My client a large multinational has an immediate contract for an experienced Contact Centre Change manager. Your role will outline and understand the change management issues, explain the factors involved and shape organizational solutions to deliver value. This is a four month contract role and possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive, manage, lead and implement Change procedures
- Manage and act as the contact point for all stakeholders
- Completing impact assessments to understand the level of change to be experienced
- Complete training needs analysis and developing training plans
- Assessing business readiness and managing the successful implementation of change in the business pre and post go live

Experience and Requirements:

- Working knowledge of the technology project development lifecycle
- Business readiness and process design lead
- Strong Relationship, managerial, evaluation and communication skills
- Background in managing Call Centres
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification
