As an Interim Change Manager you will support the development and deployment of this high profile global transformation programme to engage stakeholders and ensure readiness for change.
You will support line managers through this complex change journey by embedding change, communications and training plans across various service lines such as HR, IT and Finance. You will also be instrumental in deploying a global change toolkit, supported by processes, tools and a collaborative culture, which will significantly improve ways of working and results.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of developing, deploying and embedding global change plans
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, communications, training and team building skills
- Proven experience in project planning, management and virtual working.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
