Change Manager

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CHANGE MANAGER to join our client in Charlotte, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Change Manager will learn and become proficient using primary Real Estate software applications (Manhattan and Center stone).
- Change Manager will provide administrative functions within the Real Estate software applications.
- Act as liaison between the vendor, the Real Estate department, and IT to solve functional application issues.
- Serve as liaison between Real Estate and other customer groups, such as Nuclear.
- Gather and document requirements for Real Estate information technology needs.
- Act as Change Manager, develop and apply Change Management Plans to assist in the communication and implementation of new processes throughout the Real Estate Business Unit.
- Assist with user acceptance testing various Real Estate applications.
- Create and send end-user communications.
- Serve as team member on the Real Estate merger integration project.
- Manage licenses for Real Estate applications.

Job Qualifications:

- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Change Management skills required.
- Change Manager will require primarily business analyst skills; however Change Management skills are also needed.
- Knowledge of MS Product suite.

PREFERRED JOB/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Project Management skills desirable.
- Knowledge of Mercury Quality Center desirable
