Are you a CHANGE MANAGER with prior experience to analyse and manage organisational change impacts on staff ad other stakeholders resulting from the project changes?

Our Federal Government client currently seeks the services of a CHANGE MANAGER for their Canberra office.

The contract offers an immediate starts with a proposed initial period until 30 June 2013 pending on satisfactory security checks.

The experienced organisational CHANGE MANAGER will support Change Releases in the Department with duties including, but not limited to:

- Definition and establishment of a Change and Communications Strategy and implementation plan;
- Analyse and manage organisational change impacts on staff and other stakeholders resulting from the project changes;
- Maintain effective communication with a range of business areas to understand and communicate the user experience of change;
- Prepare high and detailed level business impact assessments;
- Determine business readiness;
- Assist in developing and delivering appropriate communication, training and post-implementation solutions.

To be successful in this delivery the Change Manager will meet the following criteria:

- At least 2 years hands on experience working in an organisational change management role, ideally managing workforce changes.
- Highly developed communication, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Manage high workloads and accomplish goals within tight deadlines.
- Ability to translate strategy into action plans, and implement those plans.
- Ability to recognise and act on opportunities.
- Currently holds an active Government Security Clearance minimum Baseline Level (Protected)
