Our high profile client requires an experienced Change Manager to take on responsibility for the development, implementation and evaluation of effective change management strategies and plans. The position will effectively coordinate the change management program across various departments and engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure business critical objectives are delivered. This is a key role which is an integral component of this program.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Undertaking a change impact and change readiness assessment and produce an appropriate Change Management Plan.
- Understanding organisational strategic initiatives and project requirements to provide high level support and management of specific change activities.
- Working with the Project Manager and other project team members to integrate the Change Management Plan into the overall Project Implementation Plan and Project Schedule.
- Taking the lead on stakeholder communications including proactive marketing of the project goals and benefits.
