The Management of Change Consultants will work on change related activities across all Business Transformation and transition activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver change impact assessments, change/business readiness assessment and planning, stakeholder analysis and management, training design, development and deployment and communications as directed by the Business Transformation Manager.
- Work in Tandem with Business Advisory Team, the Business Implementation Managers, or the Business Transition Team to deliver quality Management of Change deliverables.
- Required skills:
- Consultant level experience and understanding of Management of Change techniques and practices. At least 4 years' experience of business change assignments across a range of sectors and industries.
- Significant understanding, and extensive use, of at least one of the core Management of Change techniques including but not limited to change impact assessments, change/business readiness assessment and planning, stakeholder analysis and management, training design, development and deployment and communications.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- SAP or Tribal Implementations
- IT led business transformations
- Culture change activities
