Change Manager

Working as a Senior Change Manager you will also be responsible for managing a small team of Change professionals and report into an experienced Team Manager, you role will be to manage change within an ITIL and ISO framework. This role is being offered as a four month contract in the first instance and would be an ideal opportunity to grow your skills working for a large outsourcer.

Responsibilities:

- Delivering Change management for assigned Customers.
- Managing the on time delivery of all Change Process outputs as defined in the change policy, process and procedure.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction as it relates to delivery of Change to agreed SLA. Working with our clients to set expectation for the delivery of ITIL Change requirements using a variety of communication methods such presentations, training, meetings and knowledge sessions.
- Leading and guiding and training the team and other relevant stakeholders
- Advising on best practice and implementing best practice actives Represents Change Management in customer focus meetings.
- Keeping Change documentation current and in line with Change best practice.
- Producing Post Implementation Reviews to identify improvements to process and procedure over time; documenting those improvements in the Customer Service Improvement Plan; tracking improvement actions to completion and closure.
- Acting as an escalation point for other Service roles to improve service/SLAs.
- Providing Change statistics as agreed within the contract to the customer and defined by management, completes analyses of statistics and produces statistical reporting to identify trends.
- Reviewing customer contracts including SLAs related to Change management.
- Acting as a SME for Change management and assists with new bids, migrations and transitioning of new Customers into Change Management.

Skills and Experience required:

- At least 5 years experience in a change management role in a corporate IT environment.
- ITIL Service Management Certification.
- Possess superior analytical skills.
- Able to communicate complex situations and activities in straightforward way to non-technical people.
- Able to make decisions and carry out result to customer satisfaction.
- Able to present reporting, and facilitate Change Management Meetings, Customer Advisory Board (CAB), and Post Implementation Reviews.
- Self-motivated, able to take ownership of the Change management process and ensure it is maintained throughout the organisation.
- Desirable: Experience in managing a team.
