Our client, a leading household name currently requires a Change Manager to manage a large scale end to end extension of services change plan with one of their key end clients.

PURPOSE

To lead the business through major change on an extended services programme, ensuring that benefits are identified; are maximised; and achieved as stated in the Business case. To create and own the programme communication and influencing plan, ensuring business readiness and acceptance of the planned change and that the organisational design of the business remains appropriate.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Solid experience of working in large and complex END TO END projects in the Business Change Management area
- Ability to translate complex and technical concepts/solutions into business language
- Effective stakeholder management to senior levels
- Strong experience of functional change management across multiple systems and associated systems and business processes
- PRINCE2 practitioner or equivalent experience
- OGC MSP practitioner, or equivalent experience

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

- Define and agree a framework for the identification and management of stakeholders' expectations, understanding of and contribution to the programme delivery - CHANGE STRATEGY
- Define the contribution that each directorate will be required to make to deliver the change initiative both internally and externally - IMPACT ANALYSIS
- Define and agree the benefits that each stakeholder will be required to deliver. Conduct additional benefits workshops to underpin the Business Case
- Identify stakeholder drivers and dependencies and ensure that they are clearly understood and addressed throughout the programme plan
- Identify the business drivers that prompt change to existing processes and the business areas that are directly affected by the programme and constituent projects
- Ensure that programme deliverables can be readily integrated into operational areas concerned and that the benefits are maximised through efficient business change management - RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Input to and agree roll out and migration plans with the Programme Manager taking into account the impacts on and capacity of the operation and stakeholders
- Prepare affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working and support them through the transition process. Relationship & Stakeholder management including HR for new ways of working
- Define and agree requirements for the implementation of the changes into each business area affected in line with the overall requirements specification for the programme
