For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - REPORTING/BO (4862)
You will be supporting and running the communication and change management activities related to HR R&A (Reporting & Analytics) Technology upgrade program.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE IN DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING TRAINING SCHEDULES RELATED TO CHANGE
- PREFERABLE UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS OBJECTS OR TABLEAU REPORTING FUNCTIONALITIES
- Good understanding of reporting and analytics technologies and how they impact large organizations
- Effective communication ability to coordinate across various streams internal/external against timelines
- SUPERB COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN IS A PLUS
YOUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Map stakeholders and their communication needs
- Prepare communication materials and campaigns for stakeholders at all levels of organization - senior HR management, HR Business Partner community and their teams
- Prepare training materials and campaigns for users on using reports and analytics developed on Business Objects Webi 4.1 and Tableau
- Run information sessions for stakeholders
- Run training sessions for end users of new suite of interactive tableau reports
