Change Management Specialist (Procure to Pay)

Yoh has a great 12 month contract opportunity for a CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST to join our client in Roswell, GA. 

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent and regular communication of the Global P2P Guided Buying vision, progress, milestones and roles & responsibilities, internally with project team members and collaborators as well as to the broader K-C organization.
- Coordinate, develop and drive communications related to change management for Global P2P Guided Buying.
- Responsibility for appropriate facilitation, chairmanship and agenda for Global P2P Guided Buying leadership team meetings, development events and planning calendar.
- Work with HR to coordinate provision of expertise, tools, materials and prioritization of learning & development activities.
- Create or devise instances (meetings, conference calls, etc.) to consolidate learning on Global P2P Guided Buying-related concepts and cement related learnings within the organization.
- Proactively anticipate and develop protocols to address change resistance to Global P2P Guided Buying.
- Co-ownership of Global P2P Guided Buying common branding and consistent presentation of key messages.
- Design a training plan for all needs arising from Global P2P Guided Buying, including the development (together with Content Experts) of training materials required. Establishment of proper channels, frequency, and methods of delivery based on target audiencesvisit our website to learn more about our company.
