Key responsibilities include:
- Providing Executive level analysis on all existing change programmes within the lubricants business.
- Identify all process gaps within the business.
- propose and deliver solutions to resolve existing process gaps.
This role is a challenging position that will require the successful candidate to work to tight deadlines within an organisation going through extensive process and organisational change. The individual will be required to both complete hands on analysis of the businesses current state and also design and deliver solutions to cover all gaps identified.
