CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CREVE COEUR, MO

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Able to lead large Supply Chain-wide change management efforts.
- Change Management work history is a must

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered expert in field within the organization.
- Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
- Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
- Manages the relationships and interfaces with multiple departments by acting as a liaison with Senior Leadership and initiative champions.
- Advises on the implications of the organizations plans and actions.
- Makes recommendations on factors that may impact change adoption and sustainability.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of change management deliverables by acting as the technical change management expert and working with change management resources on designated project teams and regions through all project phases. This includes but is not limited to creating the preliminary plan, knowledge transfer, organizational assessments, stakeholder analysis and engagement, communication strategy and plan, change management charter, dashboard and sustainability plan.
- Coach business partners and mentor Change Management Lead and Specialist roles on the change management methodology and deliverables.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A minimum of ten (10) years of change management experience specializing in organization development, change management and organizational communication with proficiency in program/project management
- Bachelor degree required in Leadership, Organizational Psychology, Training and Development, Organizational Communication/Development, or Business Management
- Expert at understanding the concepts of change management
- Demonstrated experience at effectively translating change management concepts into practical approaches and solutions to business problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead large scale change efforts
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal-Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prosci - which is a specific change management methodology- is Huge on the Bonus scale!
- Work History in Supply Chain or a huge plus is Change Management within Supply Chain
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred.
