CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS MANAGER (INFRASTRUCTURE) needed for long-term CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Company Subject matter expert for a Global Change Management execution
- Responsible/accountable for the continual development, integration, maintenance, improvement, and dissemination of the Change Management procedures, and training materials to all current and future stakeholders
- Leader of Change Governance Body in collaboration with Change Process Ownership function
- Leader of Central Change Advisory Board for Information Technology Core
- Cultural and Technical leader of decentralized company Change Advisory Board as needed.
- Establishing and maintaining effective business and technical relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the IT organization
- Consistently cultivates metrics, monitors, measures improving value of performance of the Change Management process
- Ensures that the process implementation evolves to comply with Information Technology Service Management and other audit frameworks
- Establishes and continually improves communication of Change Management process, tool, and technology performance to leadership and staff to help drive Continual Service Improvement activities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must be comfortable working in tight team environment, focused on results - success measured as a team
- Experience working with ITIL/ITSM practices in a large environment
- Superior written and oral communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced Knowledge of Modern Change Management automation and integration Tools - BMC Remedy Integration Experience preferred
- Experience planning and leading repeated engagements integrating change processes and tool improvements improving value of tools and technologies focus on increasing automation and reducing human error
- Extensive Experience with Manual and Automated (Hybrid) Change Management ecosystems that are in a constant state of improvement, automation, and expansion
- Proven experience working in large scale computing, application and IT Service environment Supporting and driving Change Management
- Expertise leading teams comprised of infrastructure, tools, and application stakeholders in proper application of ITSM practices - especially program deployment across application and infrastructure domains improving compliance and regulatory performance, quality management, and reducing business overhead
- Successful engagements with IT and Business Leadership driving projects to move from manual change, configuration, and release processes to automated modes of delivery
- Experience managing and measuring change quality results - for example deployed environments with managed service providers integrated as part of Change Management flow
- DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Prefer Master's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology Management
- Extensive Experience with BMC Remedy - configuration, management, or implementation
- Experience as Technical Program Manager for Large Scale Consulting implementations a plus
- ITIL Certification
