The role

Thales UK has an established HR Project Management Office which actively supports the delivery of transformation, change and Lean programmes and projects across the UK.

The PMO also assumes responsibility for developing effective project management tools, metrics, methodologies, communication and engagement strategies and techniques. The effective operation of the PMO is critical to the achievement of both the HR function and wider business strategy.

Due to ongoing initiatives focused around continuous improvement and organisational developments we are looking for a Change Management Lead to support future major transformation programmes; the job holder will play a pivotal rolein meeting project objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The Change Management lead will focus on the people side of change - including changes to behaviours, business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

This is a high profile, exciting and fast paced role which will drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefits realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks for the Change Management Lead:

Creation and sign off of Programme Change Management Strategy
Creation of Change
Management tools and approach
Change impact assessment and management plan
Accountability for delivery of the change management plan
Consult and coach project teams and implement knowledge transfer plan to deliver a change in
performance in HR capability.

Skills, experienceplanning and implementation

Desirable

Programme management experience
Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts in a similar organisation/sector
Change management certification/accreditation (or equivalent)
