CHANGE MANAGEMENT LEAD

On behalf of our client, a leading global company within IT, we are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead for this Contract position based in Fribourg Switzerland our client is looking for a German/English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE;

- Shape the change vision and define the change acceptance strategy
- Lead and drive all change and training
- Work with stakeholders to develop and execute the overall change management strategies and risk mitigation options
- Manage training, org alignment, communications, performance support, and org enablement design
- Provide guidance to project leads to gain alignment on key issues
- Help confirm that the org has the necessary capability to support the change initiatives
- Work with the HR org to transition people to the new organization structure
- Define the appropriate change initiatives including the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change. Measure progress toward the target state.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION ARE;

- 7-10 years experience with SAP change management with a global template
