Engineering Invest is actively looking for a change management delivery specialist to reinforce its change management team within the SECOIA program.
SECOIA (Securities Operations International Architecture) is an outsourcing cross border program that aims at implementing a common IT securities architecture by
April 2017 to support the delivery of securities services across domestic markets as local entities. The Common IT architecture will have significant impact on the current organisation and on the
Business process flows.
The position lies within "Engineering Invest" department who is in charge of the delivery of programs/projects for Securities Handling business.

Function Description
The Job holder will be part of the Change Management stream and s/he will report to the Change management Delivery Lead.
S/He will be responsible of one or more change management deliverables ranging from (1) formal communication to regulators, internal governance committees (e .g.
ExCo, the Board, NAC, etc.), to (2) contractual set up, coordination and negotiation with service providers.
The contractual aspects encompass all securities services types (Brokerage, Custody, Fund administration, Clearing, Referential) and all major financial
instruments (funds, equities and bonds).
The position requires a close interaction with the project delivery teams to collect target process flows, to analyse change impacts, to effectively communicate these
changes to HR, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Risk Management teams, to coordinate the collection of their recommendations.
The job holder should be at ease reading, drafting and understanding legal documentation (in French and English) and managing various stakeholders

Experience
Minimum of 5 years professional experience within the securities industry

Previous experience interacting with functional teams

Strong knowledge and experience in securities services,
Solid experience in contracting and formal communication to internal and external stakeholders
Familiar with Business change management principles & methodologies
Familiar with Business process flows
Preferable Experience with legal, compliance and risk management teams or handling compliance with regulatory changes
