Change Management Data Coordinator

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Initiate the Change Notification Finished Goods (CNFG - web based application). Set up, distribute to project team members and submit to Master data the CNFG data input form (Excel & Web based). Distribute stakeholder communication of the completed CNFG for set up of local systems.
- Reserve all product related codes through the product master files team (Material Request Form- Excel basedCNS - Excel basedCNL - Excel based) process which includes confirming approved specifications are complete, work closely with the print plate vendor for data and approval, obtaining resource codes, working with procurement and communicating to all stakeholders. Facilitate invoice process for secondary packaging print plates.
- Maintain sector project tracker such as Master data elements, status updates, additions/subtractions for all projects.
- Obtain resource codes as necessary for promotion materials contained in displays and modules.
- Distribute stakeholder communication on CNFG's that have been modified via the Help Desk.
- Train team members on Master data processes (GRID/RING, CNS, CNL, CNFG, PORTAL).
- Assist with all special projects and assignments as requested.

OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

- The position will report to a business unit Manager.
- 40 to 50 projects active at any time and 100-150 annually
- Approximately 250 CN-FG's and 150 CN-L's annually.

SKILLS:

- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Excel- intermediate skills and Word and web based programs)
- SAP experience would be a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data input
- Ability to work independently and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Sense of urgency & drive
- Experience with data coordination in the past
- Basic knowledge and understanding of enterprise systems and data collection.

EXPERIENCE

- One to two years experience in a consumer products environment.
