IHRE AUFGABEN:

-As a consultant, you will assist high-level stakeholders in the implementation of change and communication strategy
-Coordinate third party providers delivering support across the business transformation program
-Gather and analyse data in order to propose new standards and procedures

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Change management experience related to health promotion, emergency outbreak, and disease control would be a big asset
-Ability to drive consensus at any level of the organisation
-Ability to convey message with different methodology (workshops, materials, seminars, individual meetings, etc.)
-Work experience in large international multi-site organisations
-University degree in Business strategy, Communication, or similar
-Exceptional communication skills with persuasion ability
-Project management and process orientation; autonomy
-Organisational skills and multicultural understanding
-Available for occasional international business trips
