Change Management Consultant

Contract Term

This is a 6 month contract opportunity.Overview

In this Change Management role, you will leverage your knowledge and experience of Change to work with a business client focused on a Service Management initiative. You will work within the Change Management Office and will utilize a standard Change Management methodology (ProSci). You will be responsible for conducting readiness assessments, helping develop Change Management plans and executing/implementing those plans. Qualifications

Required Skills: - Proven experience working with Change Management principles and methodologies (ideally this would include having completed at least 2 Change projects)
- Previous experience in IT Service Management.
- Previous knowledge and experience working on oil and gas projects
- Excellent facilitation experience
- Solid understanding of Change process and how it affects individuals and organizations
- Strong understanding of Project Management Practices and Systems Delivery Lifecycle
- Proven ability to do detailed tactical work but also the ability to think about the big picture
- Experience/ability to take a practical approach to adapting and implementing methodologies according to corporate culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Action oriented personality with the ability to keep on top of many tasks simultaneously
