Change Management/Communication Lead

SUMMARY

- Responsible for developing change management and communications plan, and will be responsible for executing the plan for both internal and external.
- The communications execution will include management of processes and standards, including defining the audiences, messages, media, frequency and tools.
- He/she will lead and assist in the development of the project communication mechanisms (eg Training materials, Communication, Web Sites, On-site/Off site trainings etc).

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3-5 years of experience in leading Change Management/Communications activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience/knowledge with P2P process is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Experience with mid to large scale change management effort
