Change management and training Professional French/Dutch and English 12 months - Brussels

A company based in Brussels is currently looking for a Change management and training Professional who speaks French or Dutch and English.

Daily duties:
The objective of the project is to create a new Claims Management System (CMS) allowing their department to meet & even exceed the client's expectations while working as efficient as possible.
You are in charge to analyse current end-to-end users' process and learn and Test the new Claims Management System (CMS)
You evaluate gap between current process and the way of working with the new CMS.
You propose process improvements and define KPI for process improvements
You prepare/write the training program including change management aspects
Plan and organize the global training program.
You give the training in collaboration with other experts

Dynamic, analytic, synthetic
Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
Good planning & prioritization skills
You speak French or Dutch and English

Package:
Daily rate based on your experience
