Global Law Firm are looking for a change management analyst/consultant (Prosci) for a two year integration project based in Paris France. The Change management consultant will participate in delivery activities for their finance & Practice managements systems programme to minimise the impact of change on individuals and the business. The Change Management Consultant will manage stakeholders to raise awareness of the business need for change and manage those expectations about scope and timing of change and promote what the change means to those individuals and the way they work.

Skills: Stakeholder analysis, Role Mapping, training schedule, Logistics, communications and readiness surveys. Work stream management, relationship management, Risk management. You have knowledge or are certified in Prosci, contributed to an IT/Business transformation project and manage the change throughout the project life cycle. French speaking skills highly desirable.
