Global financial organisation is seeking a change management consultant to join them on an initial 3 months contract to work closely with stakeholders to understand a number of complex programmes particularly relating to tax.

As the change management specialist you will be:

Responsible for the creation and execution of the strategic change plan, including capital budgets, for the supported business function. Ensures delivery against strategic plans.

Responsible for, in conjunction with the Change Execution department, the execution of change projects for the supported business function. Serves as lead consultant for change initiatives on the largest projects or programs within the supported business function; providing leadership and direction.

In conjunction with the Change Execution department and IT, ensures appropriate scheduling of programs and projects, to meet the supported business functions plans. Negotiates priorities as necessary.

Responsible, in conjunction with the Business, for the realization of ROI for all change initiatives within the supported business function.

Acts as a liaison for Technology, business client and product groups regarding new initiatives requiring change support for the supported business function.

Proactively collaborates and communicates with partner groups, in particular the supported business function and the Change Functional Execution team. Develops good working relations.

Responsible for the capture, reporting, tracking and execution of industry change initiatives for the supported business function.
