Change Lead - Training & Development/Six Sigma

Change Lead - Training & Development/Six Sigma wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 5+ years' working experience as a Process Excellence practitioner or Change Leader with Project Management experience
- Proven knowledge of training delivery and strong presentation skills as well as Value Stream Optimisation, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Team by Team
- Familiarity with Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model and Business Process Management
- Academic degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Languages: fluent English, German is an advantage

YOUR TASKS:

- Delivering PEX training for internal clients and providing coaching to the PEX Team with the opportunity of travelling
- Developing individual capability development programs, including those for senior and top management
- Collaborating across company's regions and divisions and planning regional training delivery consistent as well as running local "train-the-trainer" sessions
- Building sustainable and strong links to the local Regional and Functional PEX Leaders and network of Change Management Team
