Within the Global Change Management team, this role is primarily focussed on ensuring the daily delivery for the Infoman, MATCH and GEL tool/process.
This involves understanding the change processes and ideally team tasks/reporting requirements; previous change management experience would be preferred.
The role involves close liaison with the India based change analysts and providing any escalation/issues to the change management Subject Matter Experts.
The role will require activity and deliverables to be produced by the individual as well as delivering through the change analyst team.
