Change Lead

My client a well known managed service company is currently seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager who has a solid background within the IT transformation space.

This role will see you working onsite for a well known financial company who are currently undergoing a number of changes within IT transformation space specifically around Data Analytics (Systems Change) As the Change Lead you will be driving the Organisational Change throughout the business whilst managing 3 Change Consultants to drive presentations and workshops within the Organisation.

The Focus on OCM Strategy and planning, OCM Governance, Communication, Stakeholder management, Training Strategy and basic Benefits Realisation.

TASKS TO BE PERFORMED INCLUDE:

- Plan a strategy to manage Org Change and Communication through the existing governance framework/Org structure of the program
- Evaluation of existing Organisational Change management strategies and recommendations to streamline/improve delivery
- Manage and Plan the proposed structure within the program, identifying roles and responsibilities, to deliver to the identified requirements

TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITHIN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- A minimum of 7 years experience in design and delivery of Change management programs supporting IT projects.
- Solid working knowledge of Prosci, Kotter or other formal OCM methodologies required.
- Proven organisation assessment skills and experience.
- Proven leadership skills in managing small size team
- Banking and Finance industry knowledge.
- Proven experience managing teams including Change Analyst's and Consultants.
