The Change Lead will have detailed responsibility for all Management of Change activities, approaches and staff including but not limited to change impact assessments, change/business readiness assessment and planning.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Quality assessment and control of BCIA, BCR, CRA and Deployment Checklists.
- Detailed scheduling, including management of resource and plan conflicts.
- Assurance of proactive collaboration between Management of Change consultants
- Detailed day to day management of tasking of the Management of Change team across the Communities, Programme and Business Transition teams.
- Day to day control of the Business transformation plan and schedule.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Senior Consultant level experience and deep understanding of Management of Change techniques and practices. At least 4 years' experience of significant business transformation programmes.
- Excellent planner and scheduler.
- Relationship builder and expert in proactive management of key stakeholders
- Deep understanding, and significant use, of impact and readiness processes, and broad experience of wider Management of Change techniques.
- Lead & manage a team of ~10 people.
