Role: Change Coordinator
Location: Warsaw or Barcelona or option to work remotely (anywhere in Europe)

World leading FMCG End-User is seeking a Change Coordinator for a Global Change Management Long term Project.

A. Job Summary

Administers the Change Management database (SM9) and SR tools for HP and BT, ensures accuracy and consistency of data and participates in all change management aspects of processing and implementing proposed Changes. Propose priorities and categorize changes; coordinating the production and distribution of a Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC); coordinates impact and resource assessment for all changes; assists change manager in obtaining necessary approvals to implement agreed changes; administers and interprets tests; and reviewing implemented Changes to ensure that the Change has met its objectives.

MAIN job requirementsRequired/Desired
Education
*B.Sc. in computer science or related field Desired
*Certification in ITIL Change Management Practitioner Desired
Experience
*Four years of practical experience in the provision of service support function, particularly the Change processes within a large IT organization.

E. Required Skills

1.Ability to identify and specify information flows, processes/procedures and data objects that will meet business requirements.
*Ability to identify, review and challenge work processes to achieve performance enhancement.
*Understand and operate the configuration system including the configuration management database by using the appropriate operating systems, hardware, tools and/or paper documents.
*Ability to develop and implementing of Key Process Areas (KPAs) as directed.
2.Knowledge of the project life cycles, project initiation (scoping, sponsorship and strategy).
3.Knowledge in project organization (project plan, milestones, activities and resources).
4.Experience in Stakeholder management is mandatory
5.Knowledge of HP Service Manager is highly recommended
6. Delivering Services and Solutions
*Analyze relationships amongst several parts of a problem or situation, identify alternative solutions and think through consequences of actions.

*Meet deadlines, delivers work on time without sacrificing quality by setting realistic but challenging timeframes and deadlines

*Take action before being asked or being forced to by circumstance and consider and try out 'different' ways of tackling things.

7. Working Relationships
*Internally:
*Colleagues in the ETS group and other Service Support teams to coordinate activities and advise on new processes/procedures

*Cooperates closely with other ETS colleagues, Region IT teams as well as any other IT Function that may need to interface with Change Management.

*Externally:
*Service providers and vendors to answer queries and follow up on Change requirements.
*Value the importance of other's contributions to group accomplishments and demonstrates this by showing willingness to learn from others, including those who are less experience.

*Call on others, to get their perspective, background information and/or experience, and proactively liaise with others to share relevant information

*Participates in the development of continuous service improvement plans as well as the necessary follow up to ensure tasks are performed in the defined manner and that established goals are being reached.

*Monitor progress of projects against milestones or deadlines.
