Change Coordinator

Projektbeschreibung
Change Coordinator - Oversees the progression of changes from initiation to completion with emphasis on Process Management.
Specific responsibilities:
- Ensures all changes accepted into change management life cycle are appropriate and valid
- Ensures all changes are placed into one of the following categories: standard, normal or emergency changes, and are managed appropriately.
- All changes must be recorded, risk (impact) assessed, categorized, prioritized, planned, tested, evaluated, released, documented and reviewed in a controlled and standard manner.
- Issues Change schedules in relation to each IT service and keeps all stakeholders updated.
- Holds and chairs CAB meetings as appropriate.
- Receives logs and manages all RfCs according to the Change Management process.
- Implements CABs and eCABs as appropriate to each IT service.
- Manages Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs).
- Ensures all changes are progressed through the life cycle in a timely and efficient manner to help meet target dates
- Provides assistance to change engineers, change approvers, and peer change coordinators in managing the change queues
- Trains and mentors change engineers and other change coordinators
- Works closely with change engineers to reduce backlogs
- Compiles and utilizes metrics for timely communications with stakeholders of the Change Management process
- Reviews and revises change templates, by working closely with change engineers, quality managers and peer change coordinators
- Creates, updates and manages various process documents
- Works with tool owners on system issues and to procure access for change roles
- Generates reports and formats (sometimes manually) as required
- Makes continual improvements of the change management processes based on KPIs and metrics
- Accepts assignments from the Manager, provides regular updates as requested and meets timelines
- Delivers expected results of completed activities/tasks/projects
- And performs all other duties as assigned by the manager
Skills
* A minimum 2 - 4 years of experience with Remedy/Remedy-on-demand tool
* Experience with BMC Remedy a plus
* Ability to work under large task loads
* Excellent in interpersonal skills
* Works independently
* Adjusts to changing environment
* Adapts easily to changing roles

* Highly motivated
* Good training skills
* Must be Patient and an excellent team player
* Must be professional and collaborative
- Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, or equivalent technical field OR equivalent technical training.
- Minimum Experience Requirements: 5 years related experience.
