Change Consultant/Project Manager

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Consultant/Project Manager to join our client, a major global top 4 consultancy based in London.

The ideal Change Consultant/Project Manager will possess the following attributes/skills
-The successful candidate will be working as a Consultant, who will apply their core banking expertise in helping to deliver world-class solutions
-He/she will be professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact, perhaps any skills in project management or exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, and organisational change.
-Finally, you will need to have a strong working knowledge of the Retail Banking industry and/or the functional areas they serve (for instance: payments, credit, current account, savings for either retail or business banking branch, call-centre, payments, credit, risk, finance, and Back Office operations).
-Experienced Consultants with a strong background in change from a Retail/Corporate background
-Minimum of 2 years experience of working within a retail or corporate business banking environment with an understanding of customer channel, transaction processing (eg payments), bank office operations and technology.
-Candidates will have broad banking industry knowledge including current trends & challenges, market dynamics and the competitive landscape. In addition some knowledge of payment systems such as Swift, Pega, Teminos and the implications of using these systems.
-Equally important is an understanding of the full project life cycle implementation coupled with experience of the inherent business challenges and processes within these areas, ideally any Project Management or Business Analysis experience
