Change Consultant IT

Currently Templeton & Partners is looking for an experienced CHANGE CONSULTANT IT to join one of our international clients for a position in DEN HAAG, NETHERLANDS of 6 MONTHS with option of extension.

THE TASK

Templeton & Partners is looking for a strong communicative CHANGE CONSULTANT IT.In this role as a Change Consultant IT, you will drive and support the business change activities required to underpin the companies IT simplification agenda. This role, reporting to a Transformational Change Manager and you will be delivery focused and will lead IT-driven business change in a programme or project environment.

SOME OF YOUR KEY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Execute the change management plan
- Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects
-Partner with other parts of the organisation (IC, OD, Learning) to deliver high quality change management interventions
- Develop agile mind sets and behaviours

OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR YOU TO HAVE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN:

- Individual delivery of high impact change management activities
- Working knowledge of change management for IT solutions
- Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organisational levels
- Producing high quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change

EXPERIENCE WITH THESE SKILLS ARE PREFERRED:

- Resilience and ability to manage challenge and resistance
- Results/outcomes oriented
- Business value focused
- Confidence and ability to work in high-ambiguity work environment
- Dutch Language
