Change Manager (Netherlands)

Background:

This organization Functions IT is committed to agile delivery. We want to deliver real business value to our users and business colleagues. We have been on the journey to Scrum, Kanban and DevOps since 2016 via our IT Transformation program. In 2018, we will be running an Agile Embedding initiative to continue this journey. This is a major change to the way people will work at the company; so we are seeking a Change Manager to assist our Communications specialist in this initiative.Job Description:

The Change Manager will be responsible for:

- The change approach of the initiative. How to change behaviors and move to an agile mindset?
- Working with communications. The aim is to have regular, reliable communications for all GFIT employees to support the change.
- Management Sponsorship: ensuring that the change messaging is consistent both top-down and bottom-up.
- Tracking whether the change is working.
- Are we providing what the employees need in terms of support?
- Are the initiatives working?
- Making sure we have feedback from all levels of the organization.

Special Considerations:

- This company is a large, complex organization with separate departments for; Demand management, Development, Support, Architecture and Risk & Compliance.
- The company has IT hubs in Huston, London, The Hague and Bangalore. Almost all projects/teams are spread across more than one of these locations.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

- Hands-on experience in Change Management in a large corporate environment
- Experience with Agile transformation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Executive level proposals and presentations
- Experience in communication channels and creative use of these in a corporate setting
- Cultural awareness for teams in the US, Europe and India
