JOB DESCRIPTION

The Change Consultant

- Aligns and agrees activities with the Senior Change Manager of the program
- Executes the projects change plan
- Builds an ambassador network in several regions of the clientL
- Enables, supports and challenges the projects ambassadors in their roles by eg
- Defines and executes appropriate interventions to mitigate Change Management risks
- Acts as 'sparring partner' for the Senior Change Manager on program related matters
- Is fully at ease in working with senior and middle management, but also in working with operators, assemblers and testers
- Has a hands-on mentality and is willing to pick up any operational aspects of the implementation
- Provides input for and reviews communication materials

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE LEVEL

The Change Consultant has experience in the role of Change consultant/manager in large implementation projects, in a (preferably technical) manufacturing environment, and has a HBO/WO education level.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a medior level Change expert who:

- Has at least 3 years experienced in specific Change Management roles
- Is experienced in planning and managing the Change curve
- Has knowledge of the most common Change Management theories (eg Kotter, de Caluwe, Johnson, Graves and Hofstede)
- Has experience in working on projects in a technical discrete industry environment
- Has provencoaching experience

PERSONAL SKILLS

- Hands-on
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships on different levels in the organization
- Sensitive to political environments and multiple stakeholder agenda's
- Good knowledge of both Dutch and English language
- Strong communication skills (listening, asking the right questions and expression)
- Creative, pragmatic and proactive
- Drive, enthusiasm and persistence
- Able to convince, inspire and motivate people
