SUMMARY:
The Change/Communications Lead role acts as a Change Management expert supporting the end-to-end change management execution for a range of plant based changes, both small and large. The scope of these programs spans impacts to people, processes and related systems.  The Change/Communications Lead will be required to work closely with various plant employees, leadership, salaried and hourly to ensure the change management planning process is followed and executed effectively. The role will also take the lead for plant communications.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage execution and quality delivery of change across the programs assigned to this role -incorporating everything from the initial change impact assessment and stakeholder alignment through to delivery of training, communications and other change interventions to help achieve our desired change outcomes
Ensure program leadership provide change sponsorship as required
Oversee, co-ordinate and provide thought leadership to project team colleagues supporting the change initiative
Establish and measure change KPIs for the program
Create consistency in key messages between projects, as appropriate, and deliver high-quality direction to end users.
Ensure a focus on sustainability of change beyond go-live' to help ensure full delivery of business benefits
Manage site communications, including development of a communication strategysharing learning, expertise and coaching to develop others.
Proactively use involvement in programs to build change ability across teams to help drive our overall change capability building strategy; this will be done through modelling appropriate change behaviors and actively engaging program teams in the change management process.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Will be developing change management plans and executing change plans around operational changes.
Working in plant environment and interfacing with Global and Regional corporate offices.
Work closely with plant management to bring changes together within plant. Largely executing others plans, not developing strategy or plans.
May be developing presentations and communications.
Managing execution of corporate's change requirements, work with lean six sigma lead, HR, to develop future state.
Will not be creating strategy or plans, but will coordinate and execute plans.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Strong experience in change related delivery roles, including the use of formal change management tools
Experience managing change within a manufacturing or supply chain
The ability to embrace and champion change in a dynamic, ambiguous and challenging business environment.
Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and deliver through others
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Self driven and results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and organizational advancement.
Need ability to help plan and set up what the future of the plant will be within the guidance of HR and Plant management.
Must be very hands-on, not looking for consultants, need someone to help execute changes.
