Change Communications Lead

Stanton House is pleased to be supporting our client, a leading Financial Services business, to identify and appoint and experienced change communications lead for a key Programme of work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Developing and delivering a communications strategy and subsequent plans for the Programme in collaboration with the Marketing Team together with wider business stakeholders.
- Identifying and agreeing the specific mechanisms that will be used to deliver the communications and deadlines for production of material.
- Developing consistent communications material for internal users, external clients and external bodies/suppliers.
- Identifying the target audience for each specific communication and ensure the necessary circulation lists and contact information is available and accurate.
- Developing processes to manage enquiries arising from communication activity.
- Identifying which countries require translation of communications material and manage accordingly.
- Determining a mechanism for monitoring the effectiveness of communications.
- Liaising with and providing regular communication with the Marketing Team on all matters.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrable experience of managing marketing, communications and engagement for large change programmes (preferably including the European region).
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of literacy, creativity and writing skills to produce consistent quality communications material
- Experience of SharePoint/Web based products
- Ability to travel across UK and Europe when required
